Privacy policy
What we keep. What we don’t sell.
This page is a public summary. The binding document is the Wrooms User Agreement, including Privacy and data handling, L7 Chain, and records we keep.
Account
We store the account you create: email, display name, username, sign-in provider, and optional phone if you add one. We keep a session so you stay signed in on this device. We store the User Agreement version and hash you accepted.
Rooms and specialists
Messages in a room are visible to members of that room and to the specialist that answers. Private rooms are not listed on Discover and are not in the public sitemap. When you talk to a specialist, that is generative AI — not a person. AI Multi Threading is more than one specialist on the same ask; each reply is still AI. Hiring, lending, and care decisions stay with a human.
You
You — people, taste, and area — is optional and private to you. Pulse and Learn are separate switches. We do not sell You. The compliance agent does not read it.
Wallets and L7 Chain
If you link a crypto wallet for Wilds or Pay, we store the public address, the signed link, and the NFT ledger for that account. We never ask for a seed phrase or private key. Economic events that settle through Wrooms are sealed on L7 Chain. The public explorer shows type, parties, amount, asset, height, hash, and time. It does not show keys, cards, Social Security numbers, or chat.
What we do not sell
We do not sell chats. We do not sell You. We do not sell wallet addresses as a marketing list. Vendors that help us run the Service process data under their contracts with us. We apply least privilege. U.S. practice follows the NIST AI Risk Management Framework and applicable state privacy law, including California and Colorado expectations described on the Compliance page.
